I prefer a very specific hair color that I cannot find on this HUD.
Every hair that I sell is modifiable, and you can tint all textures by right clicking the hair, going to EDIT mode, and selecting the Texture tab.

The hair cuts into my forehead. How can I fix that?
Please right click your avatar, go to Appearance – Edit Shape – Head, and play with the settings especially FOREHEAD ANGLE.
I can’t resize the hair that I bought. Why?
Please remember that you CANNOT resize OR reposition rigged mesh items. Every vendor indicates whether that particular hair is rigged or unrigged.
I can’t see the hair. Is something wrong with it?
Please make sure you are using an SL viewer that supports mesh and that the viewer is up to date. Here are some examples of the viewers you can use:

My hair is unrigged mesh. How can I resize it?
Simply attach the HUD and click the “RESIZE” button. Move the hair by right clicking it and going into “EDIT” mode.
I played one of your gachas but I didn’t get the item that I wanted.
Gacha is a game of chance. The items you receive are RANDOM and I have no control over that.
